Rachael’s maternity session was one filled with creativity and a lot of fun. She works with my amazing hair and make-up artist Emily Lombard at the Blown Away Salon in Hendersonville, TN and was expecting her first child.
Rachael wanted a glamorous photoshoot and with Emily’s beautiful hair and make-up, each change of wardrobe and backdrop, we created some of my favorite maternity photos!
We used Rachael’s flower crown that she wore during her wedding. I love special touches like that, making the details of a photo that much more personal.
I haven’t been pregnant, myself, but from what my mom-friends tell me (and from what I can surely imagine) the idea of feeling beautiful and even sexy towards the end of pregnancy is hard to come by. It might take a lot of trust on the mom’s end, but I’m here just for that. My goal is to create beautiful portraits of you. Portraits that make your jaw drop, or eyes water…portraits that I am so blessed to have heard from clients tell me that they can’t believe it’s them…and it sure is them!
Her daughter is due any day now and I’m so happy that she will have these portraits to look back on as well as share with her.
