Katie’s mom reached out to me and told me that her daughter wanted portraits made for her 10th birthday! Not just any portraits, but a softball princess themed session. That made me so excited. What a wonderful birthday gift request, and one that can be enjoyed for years to come.
We went to the Donelson Civitan softball park, where Katie plays softball. She knew exactly what she wanted to get out of the session and was a natural in front of the camera.
I had a blast with sweet Katie and we created some wonderful images. I love how excited she was to see them, to know which ones were her favorites, as well as how happy her family was when they saw the portraits. It truly brings joy to my heart to deliver images that people love and that, as Katie’s mom said, “took our ideas and brought them to life! Our portraits came out better than I imagined! We are so pleased. Christy was great to work with, we just love her!”
